Platforms have made video non-optional. Spotify now takes full-length video, YouTube pays on it, and short-form is where discovery happens. Most independent artists cannot afford a crew for any of it.
You are that capability in-house. Live sessions, performance video, official videos on a real budget, and the vertical cutdowns that come out of the same shoot. One shoot, several homes.
What we are looking for
- A reel. It matters more than the CV
- Shoot and edit — camera, lighting, audio capture, Premiere or Resolve
- Can work fast in imperfect conditions with a nervous artist in the room
- Understands the difference between a landscape performance video and a vertical clip
Nice to have: motion graphics, colour grading, or live multicam.
